If you’ve received medication through our practice before, but you ran out, you can get a repeat prescription without seeing the doctor again. You can do so by requesting it through the patientportal. You can pick up the medication after two business days. Some medication can not be repeated without seeing the doctor first. In that case we’ll call you back to schedule a (telephone) appointment.
If you request a repeat prescription, and you have AON insurance or a European Health Insurance Card, we either need the Certificate or the card. If you have AON you can send the Certificate and if you have the European Health Insurance Card you can send a copy of the card to: studentenartsen@uva.nl
